Understand your sexuality

Reduce confusion

Make informed choices

Sex coaching grounded in education, normalization, and compassionate conversation.

If sex, dating, or relationships feel confusing, you’re not broken.

Many people struggle with intimacy, desire, or connection not because they’re doing something wrong, but because most of us were never taught clear, accurate information about how sex and relationships actually work.

We inherit myths, silence, and unrealistic expectations, then blame ourselves when things feel hard. Coaching offers a chance to step back, get oriented, and understand what’s really going on.

A calm, educational approach to sex and relationships

Experience Coaching in a calm environment, your home. Two mustard yellow chairs face each other with monstera plant between them.

My work is built around three core principles:

  • Education
Clear, medically accurate information about sex, desire, communication, and the body.

  • Normalization
Reducing shame by understanding what’s common, contextual, and human.

  • Agency
Supporting you in making choices that align with your values, rather than prescribing who or how you should be.

This is not about quick fixes or performance. It’s about clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change.

Who I work with

I work with individuals and couples who want a more grounded, informed relationship with sex and intimacy.

My practice currently focuses primarily on men in relationships with women, or men who want to be in those relationships. I am also actively expanding my work to include queer, disabled, and intersectional perspectives, and I approach all clients with curiosity, respect, and care.

If you’re looking for scripts, tricks, or pressure-driven transformation, this may not be the right fit. If you’re looking to understand yourself better and move forward with intention, you’re welcome here.

Kincaid McMinn Royal Love Coach Headshot Smiling

Hi, I’m Kincaid.

I became a sex coach after realizing that much of the confusion I experienced around sex and relationships wasn’t personal failure. It was the result of misinformation, silence, and unrealistic cultural expectations.

As a Certified Sex Coach, my work is grounded in medically accurate sexuality education and compassionate conversation. I am also engaged in learning about the social sciences and how social systems shape our lived experiences. I care deeply about helping people understand sex in ways that are accurate, human, and shame-reducing.

I am friendly to clients from all walks of life, including queer, kinky, nonmonogamous, heteronormative, and nonheteronormative clients, alike. My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you make informed choices that align with your values.

“Kincaid taught me so much about a subject I thought I was already an expert on: myself!”
